Casey Communications' work on some of the largest capital projects undertaken in Ireland has elicited significant independent endorsement. EU Auditors described the communications programme for the Cork Main Drainage Scheme, which at one time had twenty different contracts running simultaneously, as "...amongst the best seen in Europe"
Our approach is functional and focused. It is based on the view that communications is an important operational tool and should be an intergral part of the management process - not peripheral to it. Secondly, project communications must be systematic, strategic and pre-emptive. It is best carried out by those experienced in the sector, who can relate well to project principals and staff on the ground.
